Lawn care and property maintenance
Weekly or bi-weekly mowing, trimming and edging with clean finishes around walkways and beds, plus spring and fall cleanups. Barrie lots vary enormously — the older east end and Allandale streets have mature trees and tight access, while Innis-Shore and south Painswick are newer and more open. Exterior cleaning
Pressure washing for driveways, walkways and patios; soft washing for siding and roofs where pressure would do damage; window cleaning inside and out; and gutter and eavestrough cleaning cleared by hand. More on exterior cleaning.

Christmas light installation from November, and Celebright permanent lighting installed once and controlled from an app the rest of the year.

What Barrie weather does to a house
Lake-effect snow off Georgian Bay means heavy loads and a long freeze-thaw season, which is hard on eavestroughs and hard on anything holding water. Road salt carries a long way in this city and sits on glass and siding all winter. Spring brings the pollen, and a lot of Barrie backs onto mature maple. All of which is to say the fall clean matters more here than the spring one.
