Innisfil is a long town with two quite different halves. Inland it is subdivision lots and growing fast; along the shore it is water-facing homes that take weather from across Lake Simcoe all year. The maintenance rhythm is not the same, and neither is the pricing.

We work through Alcona, Lefroy, Stroud, Cookstown, Churchill, Gilford, Big Bay Point and the Friday Harbour area. Lakefront and near-lake properties are a regular part of the book — including seasonal homes where the owner is not there to let us in, which is fine, most of what we do is outside anyway.
What the lake does to a shoreline home
Wind off Lake Simcoe drives spray and grit onto glass on the water side, so lakefront windows dirty faster than the road side of the same house and often want a mid-summer clean as well as spring and fall. Exposed elevations also collect more algae and green growth on siding, which is a soft wash job — pressure will strip it.
