Gentle where it needs to be, tough where it counts
Most exterior cleaning damage in Simcoe County comes from one mistake: using pressure where pressure does not belong. A driveway can take it. A shingle roof cannot — blast it and you strip the granules that make it a roof. Vinyl siding, painted wood, older window frames and soffits all want low pressure and the right detergent instead.
We run both, and we pick per surface rather than per job.
Pressure washing
Driveways, walkways, patios, decks, concrete pads, retaining walls and fences. Ground-in dirt, algae and the grey film that builds up over a couple of Ontario winters.
Soft washing
Siding, roofs, soffit and fascia, and anything shaded or north-facing where green organic growth has taken hold. Low pressure, correct detergent, rinsed properly. This is what keeps the surface intact.
Window cleaning
Interior and exterior glass, screens washed and refitted, sills and tracks cleared. Finished so it dries clear.
Gutter and eavestrough cleaning
Cleared by hand, downspouts flushed and flow-tested, debris bagged and taken away, and a straight answer if we find something that needs repair.
What order to do it in
Top down. Roof and eavestroughs first, then siding, then windows, then the hard surfaces at ground level. Doing the windows before the siding just means doing the windows twice — which is why booking the exterior as one visit costs less than booking it piece by piece.

What's the difference between pressure washing and soft washing?
Pressure washing uses high pressure for hard surfaces like concrete and driveways. Soft washing uses low pressure with the correct detergent and is the only safe method for siding, roofs and painted wood.
Can you pressure wash my roof?
No, and nobody should. A shingle roof gets soft washed. Pressure strips the granules off the shingles and takes years off the roof.
Should I book the whole exterior at once?
It is cheaper and it works better. We go top down — roof and eavestroughs, then siding, then glass, then ground-level hard surfaces.
